You will take ownership of quality control from incoming materials through to final delivery - dimensional inspection, NCR management, corrective/preventive actions and ISO 9001 compliance. You''ll liaise directly with customers and suppliers. This role will provide a path to progress into a full Quality Management role. The key responsibilities include: In-Process inspection (During Manufacture) Use of Programmable and Manual CMM inspection Upkeep, Maintenance and calibration of Metrology gauges and equipment to ISO 9001 Overseeing goods in/out inspection Raising and investigating NCRs with implementation of corrective/preventive measures Presentation of KPI statistics for monthly review Maintenance of ISO 9001 accreditation Key skills and experience: Previous CMM inspection experience A knowledge and experience of CNC Machining with an ''Inspection'' background.
