Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to carry out inspections, resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Carry out visual, dimensional and physical inspections using precision measuring equipment, including callipers, micrometres and gauges. Complete incoming material, in-process and finished product inspections in line with inspection plans. Review supplier certificates of conformity and support material release or quarantine. Identify, document and report non-conforming materials and products. Support containment, rework and corrective actions, including raising and reviewing rework sheets. Assist with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Create and maintain standard operating procedures, visual aid documents and data sheets.
