Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector / Inspection Technician required for Gloucester (GL1) based manufacturing company. Working 36 hours Monday - Thursday paying up to 30k Our client is a well-respected manufacturing company with a long-standing history in the Gloucester area and a diverse range of clients ranging from Gas and Oil, Green Energy, Nuclear, Defence and Pharmaceutical. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to become a Quality Engineer. The role of Quality Inspector/ Inspection Technician will involve, but is not restricted to the following duties: First off and final inspection of manufactured partsReview completed supplier generated FAI''sCompletion of internal quality audits to ISO 9001:2015Uploading quality certification to ERP systemHelp create work instructions and SOP''sSupport internal root cause analysis The successful Quality Inspector/ Inspection Technician will be able to demonstrate the following skills: Experience gained within a mechanical engineering backgroundExperience working within a ISO9001:2015 certified organisationAbility to read and interrogate engineering drawingsExperience of working with conventional inspection equipmentAbility to work with both imperial and metric measurements The is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move toward the next step in their career and to work for a company that is always looking to improve what they offer to their clients.
