Reporting to the Senior Inspector, you will be undertaking a hands-on role where your expertise in precision engineering and quality systems will directly shape the company''s reputation and delivery.   Duties will include: Inspection and pass-off activities using Roma Arm scanner, standard inspection equipment and the CMM machine. Creation of FAIRs Programming the CMM using PC Demis system. Produce regular control plans and regular reports. Create tool trial reports. Complete feasibility studies for new tooling. Create and maintain SOPs and WIs. Candidate Skill Requirements Minimum 5 years'' experience as a Quality Inspector from a precision engineering background. Confident inspecting components produced from CNC machines. Hands-on experience with Roma Arm scanner, together with standard inspection equipment. PCDemis software programming skills.
