Quality Inspector - Rotherham Shillito Group are working with a well established engineering business in Rotherham, supporting a growing order book across highly regulated sectors.This is a business that invests modern machinery, strong processes, and a clear focus on quality. They''re now looking to bring in an experienced Quality Inspector to support production and maintain the high standards their customers expect.The Role You''ll be hands on in inspection, working with complex, tight tolerance components. This is about getting into the detail checking parts against drawings, identifying issues early, and keeping quality consistent across the shop floor.Shift pattern is Monday - Friday, days, with an early finish on FridayYou''ll be involved in:Inspecting components against engineering drawings and CAD dataUsing manual metrology equipment (micrometers, verniers, height gauges, etc.)Producing inspection reports (FAIRs / ISIRs)Managing non conformances and supporting root cause investigationsWorking to industry quality standards in a regulated environmentWhat They''re Looking ForExperience in a precision engineering or manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of engineering drawings and GDandTA methodical, detail-focused approachComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamWhat''s On OfferUp to 16 per hourClean, modern working environmentLong-term stability in a high-demand sectorOpportunity to develop within a growing businessHealth cash plan Shillito ..... full job details .....
