This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to play a key role in ensuring products, components and materials meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.The successful Quality Inspector will support production, engineering and supply chain teams by carrying out inspections, identifying non-conformances and helping to maintain compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities for the Quality InspectorPerform Goods Inward Inspection of components and materials against engineering drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.Inspect component parts and finished products using a range of measurement equipment and inspection techniques.Conduct release inspections prior to shipment to customers.Identify, record and manage non-conformances, ensuring suspect material is appropriately segregated.Complete FAIR activities Support calibration activities and monitor inspection equipment.Carry out random inspections of received goods and production kits.Liaise with engineering, planning, operations, stores and quality teams to resolve inspection-related queries.Work to daily inspection targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to ..... full job details .....
