Working alongside machining teams on shift, you will play a vital role in ensuring only conforming products are supplied to customers through accurate inspection, measurement, and quality assurance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure no non-conforming product escapes to customers.Inspect aerospace components against engineering drawings, specifications, and 3D models.Perform first-off, in-process, pre/post-subcontract, and final inspections.Program and operate Aberlink CNC CMMs and optical measuring equipment, including Keyence systems.Complete Process Control Plans and quality documentation.Produce digital measurement reports for PPAP, FAIR, and continuous improvement activities.Support Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies and calibration activities.Raise accurate NCRs and assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.Drive improvements in inspection processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.Maintain high standards of housekeeping and compliance with Health and Safety requirements.Skills and ExperienceEssentialExperience using man...
