Key Responsibilities Dimensional & Technical Inspection Carry out advanced dimensional inspections using CMMs and a wide range of measurement tools (micrometres, gauges, surface measurement equipment). Program and operate CMM systems for complex component inspection. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining symbols to ensure product compliance. Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections on CNC machined, bought-in, and subcontracted components. Produce and approve documentation including FAIRs, ISIRs, PPAP submissions, and traceability records.
