Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector We are working with a key client who have a track record stretching back over 40 years, they offer customers a very broad, but complimentary range of contract and sub-contract manufacturing capabilities. They are currently recruiting for the their site near Lancaster for an experienced Quality Inspector. Key skills required of the Quality Inspector: A minimum of 2 years working experience as a Quality Inspector Proven experience in a Quality Inspection role within a precision engineering environment Ability to use conventional measuring equipment (e.g. micrometers, verniers, height gauges) Experience operating CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) Ability to inspect components using 3D models and engineering drawings Strong understanding of quality standards, ideally within AS9100 environments Experience in aerospace, oil and gas, or defence sectors is a disctintict advantage High attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspection Strong problem-solving skills The successful Quality Inspector has a real opportunity to learn the ropes with this company and progress your career further.
