Electronics InspectorSalary: 27,000- 33,000Location: Hemel HempsteadWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electronics Inspector to join our electronics manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting populated PCB assemblies, cable harnesses, and complete electronic unit assemblies to ensure all products meet the required quality standards.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PCB inspection, with a strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and the ability to carry out detailed, component-level inspections. Experience in AOI inspection and PCB production would be advantageous but is not essential.Key Responsibilities - Electronics InspectorInspect populated Surface Mount (SM) and conventional PCB assemblies to component level.Inspect cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and complete electronic unit assemblies.Carry out full first-off inspections and approve PCB assemblies, cables, and units before production runs.Identify, record, and report defects, providing constructive feedback to production operators.Use fine tools and optical inspection equipment to carry out detailed quality inspections.Support the Surface Mount department with additional inspection checks when required.Complete quality documentation and maintain accurate inspection records.Ensure products meet the required quality standards and production specifications.Pack finished goods for local and UK shipments.Work efficiently to meet ..... full job details .....
