Duties Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to verify compliance with quality specifications. utilise specialised measurement tools and visual inspection techniques to detect defects or inconsistencies. Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for traceability purposes. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions. Assist in the development and review of quality assurance procedures and standards, including HACCP protocols where applicable. Participate in internal audits and support external inspections by regulatory bodies or clients. Analyse data trends to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality. Skills Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical data and inspection reports effectively. Able to use CMM Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application within manufacturing environments is highly desirable. ... Permanent
