About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Inspector to join our growing team in Redditch. This is a key role within operations, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance before reaching our customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products and components

• Ensure all items meet internal quality standards and customer specifications

• Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality documentation

• Identify defects and non-conformances, escalating issues where necessary

• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department

 

Requirements

• Previous experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing role preferred

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Basic computer skills for recording and reporting data

• Knowledge of quality standards and inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) is advantageous
