Quality Inspector

Job Title: Quality Inspector 
Location: Dudley
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay Rate: £14–£15 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Quality Inspector with experience in fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers, etc.) to join our client in Dudley As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all incoming and outgoing products meet high-quality standards through thorough inspection and testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect fasteners and components using hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.
- Carry out first-off, in-process, and final inspections.
- Record and report inspection results accurately.
- Identify non-conforming parts and support root cause investigations.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain compliance with specifications and standards.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in quality inspection within the fasteners or precision engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of measurement techniques and inspection equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
