Quality Inspector

Due to continuous growth we are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Inspector to join an experienced team and play a key role in ensuring vehicles and products meet the required quality standards before reaching customers. As a Quality Inspector, you will work closely with the Quality Manager and wider QA/QC team, carrying out inspections and testing of semi-finished and finished vehicles. This is a hands-on quality role where you will be responsible for identifying issues, ensuring they are properly recorded and helping the business find effective solutions to prevent problems from recurring. You will work closely with teams across the business, using data and structured problem-solving techniques to support continuous improvement, product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Key Responsibilities Carry out thorough inspections and testing of semi-finished and finished vehicles. Identify, record and report quality issues and non-conformance''s. Ensure issues are appropriately contained and followed through to resolution. Support investigations into internal and customer-related non-conformance''s. Interpret and work from engineering drawings and customer specifications. Support the Quality Manager and QA/QC team with day-to-day quality activities. Help ensure products, services and manufacturing processes meet required quality standards. Support corrective and preventative actions.
