This is a hands-on inspection role responsible for ensuring manufactured components meet the required drawings, specifications, tolerances and quality standards throughout the production process.The successful quality inspector will carry out First-Off, In-Process and Last-Off inspections, working closely with production, engineering and quality teams to identify and resolve quality issues.Key Responsibilities Carry out First-Off inspections to verify components are correct before full production runs commence.Perform In-Process inspections throughout manufacturing to ensure components remain within specified tolerances.Complete Last-Off inspections at the end of production runs to confirm continued conformity.Inspect manufactured components against engineering drawings, specifications and quality requirements.Accurately measure dimensional and geometric features using a variety of inspection equipment and hand-held measuring tools.Use equipment such as verniers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, thread gauges, plug gauges, surface tables and other precision me...
