They are looking for a Quality Inspector to join their team on a permanent basis.Quality InspectorPermanent PositionMonday - Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 1:30pm finishCompetitive Salary, 25 days holiday +bank Holidays4x annual salary life assurance, pensionSunbury on ThamesJob Description: To mechanically inspect Piece Part, Sub Assembly or Final Assembly produced by the Company or its Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to AS9100 and EASA Part 21. Support the Company''s calibration system and maintain the supporting records.Main Duties/Responsibilities:Responsible for mechanical inspection of all Company Products, using a wide range of hand measuring tools and other inspection equipment including the CMM. Nominated DQR for product release of specific customer productsResponsible for verification of supplier FAIRs.Responsible for compiling FAIRs to AS9102 for internal products.Responsible for co-ordinating mechanical and electrical calibration with internal customers.Responsible for developing GRIPs - Goods Inwards Inspection Plans and coordinating with the supplier.Produce accurate and detailed written NCRs on non-conforming product for either internal or external distribution.Using Microsoft Office to establish and maintain the supporting records for the company''s calibration system.Responsible for communicating ..... full job details .....
