Capabilities include Machining, Assembly, Inspection and Control, Integrated Logistics, Processing and Finishing, Sheet Metal and Fabrication, Speed Shop, Engineering. They are looking for a Quality Inspector to add to the team.Quality InspectorPermanent£15.37 - £16.28 per hour = £38,363.52 - £40,634.88 per annum (Dependent on experience)Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 18:00Derby Quality InspectorJob DescriptionTo provide Quality and Inspection support for both existing and new business opportunities and to develop the Right First-Time philosophy required to become a leading supplier of quality components to the aerospace industryMaintain quality control within the manufacturing process, in line with business standards and customer requirementsCheck and verify the compliance of components produced at all stages within businessFirst article inspection procedures and Non-conformance proceduresIdentify reoccurring quality issues and communicate them to the chief inspectorAssist in the 5Y quality procedure and produce rout cause analysis of product failuresIncorporate standardisation of jigs, fixtures and tooling wherever possibleTo support, develop, maintain and improve the company''s quality management system and conduct internal audits against the systemTo conduct root cause analyses, SPC and other appropriate quality tools and techniques to ensure that the ..... full job details .....
