Quality Inspector

NRL are currently recruiting for Quality Inspectors to join a world-leading, global Battery Manufacturing organisation based in the North East of England to support the development and operation of a world class, innovative, large-scale mass manufacturing plant. This is a unique and rare opportunity to join one of the most exciting, large scale, net zero industrial developments where new and emerging technologies will be adopted in support of the rapidly growing electric vehicle marketplace. Main Objectives: The role of the inspector is to complete departmental objectives through daily inspections and validation tasks. Maintaining a shop floor presence with a quality and safety mindset. Support with containment activities. Outline and Responsibilities: Maintain standards relating to Safety, Quality and Environmental Support departmental and Organization objectives Working within a Team of Quality Inspectors conducting dimensional, visual and data related quality checks Working with a range of test / analysis equipment e.g. Microscope and X-ray Conduct / support Process and Product Audits in line with IATF requirements Support 8D and root cause analysis investigations Lead with a strong sense of customer focus Any other requirements as required by the company in line with the terms and conditions.
