Quality Inspector

The Company Our client is at the forefront of the manufacturing and engineering sector. Sustained growth is the reason they have a new requirement for a Quality Inspector. The Role Will be responsible for goods inwards inspection. You will ensure compliance to specification. Controls of non-conformance, retaining records and corrective and preventative actions. Manage final inspection of product. Will ensure quality of product in accordance with specification and standards.Maintaining calibration system.Assess for conformance to specification. Speak with customers and suppliers where necessary.Control of customer returns.Root cause through using 8D, cause and effect, etc. Maintenance of documentation.The PersonExperience in a similar role with in quality.Ability to use quality measuring tools/equipment. Must be organised, accurate and self-motivated.Engineering or manufacturing experience essential.Analytical thinking combined with effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills.The Benefits You will be working for a well-established growing employer.An excellent salary.
