Key Responsibilities:Inspect components at all production stages, including final inspection, using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and other hand tools.Perform CMM programming and inspection with LK and MitutoyoCMMsRaise non-conformances and support root cause analysis.Read and interpret technical drawings, purchase orders, and concessions.Release inspected parts to stores, assembly, and packaging areas; maintain traceability for MDR Quality Packs and Class Visits.Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and support continuous improvement initiatives.Label and store products accurately, updating inventory in the system.Collaborate across operations teams to achieve OTIF (On Time In Full) targets.Maintain a safe working environment and high housekeeping standardsRequirements / Qualifications:Minimum 5 years mechanical inspection experience (desirable).Experience with mechanical/electrical component inspection and dimensional hand tools.Proficiency with LK and Mitutoyo CMMs.Knowledge of FDA, GMP, ISO 13485 standards.Ability to read and understand technical drawings.Mechanical/assembly aptitude with production/engineering environment experience.Understanding of health and safety procedures.Strong communication and team collaboration skills.Flexible to work across logistics/operations teams.College standard education, mechanical apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRP/SAP systems.
