This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with a strong background in precision engineering and hands-on experience programming CMMs from CAD models. The Role: As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that precision-engineered components meet the required quality standards and customer specifications. You will work closely with the production and engineering teams, using a range of inspection equipment and techniques to verify dimensional accuracy and product quality. Key responsibilities will include: Inspecting precision-engineered components to drawing, specification and customer requirements. Programming and operating CMMs using CAD models. Carrying out dimensional inspection using a range of conventional and specialist metrology equipment. Interpreting engineering drawings, CAD models and GDandT.
