The role will involve customer and supplier liaison, management of NCR''s and development of corrective/preventative actions in line with ISO 9001 standards and further development/improvement of the system. The key responsibilities include: Inspecting, confirming and authorising in-coming materials and returns from outsources. Approving In-Process production and validating ''First-Off'' measurements Upkeep, Maintenance and calibration of Metrology gauges and equipment to ISO 9001 Documenting all inspection results on company''s internal systems Raising and investigating NCR''s with implementation of corrective/preventive measures Presentation of KPI statistics for monthly review Liaison with customers and suppliers including conducting audits where required.
