What You Will Do: - Carry out wet lab testing, including routine chemical analyses of electroplating baths, and record results accurately.- Inspect plated components at key stages, checking coating thickness, appearance, adhesion, and other quality characteristics.- Use measuring and inspection equipment safely and effectively, ensuring inspection outcomes are traceable and complete.- Work closely with production to identify quality issues, support investigations, and track corrective actions.- Follow quality and laboratory procedures in line with AS9100, maintaining clear, up-to-date records.- Challenge processes constructively when risks to quality or customer requirements are spotted.
