This is a hands-on role within the inspection department, focusing on PCB inspection, modification, repair and rework. You will be working to high-quality standards and customer specifications within a busy production environment. Quality Inspector Roles and Responsibilities: Carry out PCB rework, modification and repair to IPC standards Work with both SMT and through-hole components Assemble products using detailed work instructions and component lists Replace surface mount components and complete PCB modifications Carry out board-level repairs including track and pad repairs, wire linking and modifications Use soldering irons, hand tools and specialist PCB repair equipment Operate infrared BGA rework and reflow equipment Carry out X-ray inspection of PCBs Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements Identify and report any defects, issues or safety concerns Ensure all work is completed accurately and to the required standard Quality Inspector Ideal Candidate:...
