Quality Inspector Roles and Responsibilities: Carry out visual, dimensional and functional inspections of composite components Use precision measuring equipment including callipers, micrometres, height gauges and other inspection tools Inspect products against engineering drawings, specifications and customer requirements Identify defects, quality issues and non-conformances and escalate where required Complete inspection reports, NCRs, concessions and other quality documentation Maintain accurate inspection and quality records Check material certification, batch traceability and manufacturing documentation Support investigations into quality issues and root cause analysis Assist with corrective and preventative actions Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are maintained Work closely with Engineering and Production to support continuous improvement Identify opportunities to improve inspection methods and quality controls ...
