Quality Inspector SloughSalary = 35KDuties Inspect, measure, and test all incoming goods, materials and components to verify conformity to specifications and industry standardsHighlight and document any non-conformities or issues identified during inspection.Support Root Cause Analysis for both supplier and internal rejects, and help determine corrective actions as needed.Monitor and record the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.Ensure a smooth workflow of inspected goods through to the next stage of production or storage.Liaise with suppliers to resolve non-conformance issues relating to delivered goods.Produce timely, clear, accurate, and comprehensive inspection reports as required (for customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, etc.).Generate and communicate statistical data and inspection summaries as needed.Maintain and complete all inspection documentation to required standards.This includes accurate records for traceability and audit purposes.Ensure safe handling and proper care of QA tools and inspection equipment, maintaining them in good condition.
