As Quality Inspector, you’ll be part of a company that designs and manufactures bespoke drive systems and distributes high-quality components across the UK. You’ll work in a modern facility with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

As Quality Inspector, you will benefit from:

As Quality Inspector, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting first-off, roving, and final inspections of components and assemblies
  • Programming and maintaining automated measurement equipment (MCOSMOS, QVbasic, REFLEXScan)
  • Liaising with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Segregating defective parts and collating inspection data
  • Supporting general administration, documentation and housekeeping duties

As Quality Inspector, your experience will include:

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) and A Levels in Maths, Engineering, Science or Design & Technology
  • Experience in a fast-paced engineering or precision manufacturing environment
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and communicate effectively in technical discussions
  • Familiarity with milling and turning principles and a range of inspection tools (callipers, micrometres, height gauges, dial indicators, shadow graphs, plug gauges)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Awareness of Health & Safety practices and good organisational skills
