Quality Inspector

A precision engineering business is seeking a skilled and reliable Quality Inspector to strengthen its quality assurance team. The company supplies high-precision machined components across various industries and is committed to maintaining the highest standards through rigorous inspection and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform first-off and final inspections of machined components using hand-held measuring instruments.
• Ensure all parts meet specified tolerances by accurately interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Complete inspection documentation in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Carry out finishing tasks such as de-burring and polishing prior to dispatch.
• Utilise metrology / measuring equipment such as verniers, calipers, gauges, and micrometres.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Inspector
• Skills using verniers, calipers, gauges, micrometres.
• CMM experience desirable but not essential.

Location: Northwich
Permanent: -16 - -17 per hour + Benefits
Working Hours: (Apply online only) (Mon-Thurs), (Apply online only) (Fri).
