Quality Inspector Leicester Days Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:15pm Overtime Available on Fridays Contek Recruitment are working in partnership with a precision engineering client in Leicester who are looking to strengthen their Quality department with the appointment of a Quality Inspector. Our client is a long-established precision engineering company manufacturing high-precision CNC machined components for a range of demanding industries including Motorsport, Defence, Scientific, Marine and Electronics. Operating from a modern manufacturing facility, they continue to invest in the latest CNC machining and inspection technology, supplying customers with complex, tight-tolerance components whilst maintaining exceptional quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Inspector who enjoys working in a fast-paced subcontract machining environment and wants to play a key role supporting production and maintaining the highest levels of quality. Experience and Skills Required Ideally apprentice trained or from a time-served engineering background. Previous experience working as a Quality Inspector within a precision engineering/CNC machining environment. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, dimensional tolerances and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GDandT).
