The company provide precision parts to a wide range of industries including aerospace and F1 in their modern state of the art machining facility. The role of a Quality inspector - CNC As a successful quality inspector, you will be required to inspect precision engineered components. Duties of a Quality inspector - CNC First off inspection and final inspection in a subcontract machining environment Using inspection measurement equipment such as Micrometres, Verniers, Gauges First article inspection reporting Requirements of a Quality inspector - CNC Experience using inspection measurement equipment A knowledge of inspection measurement equipment. Good understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements First article inspection reporting Root cause analysis and resolution, including rework of parts. Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision. Good communications and computer literacy. Working knowledge of Excel Subcontract machining environment experience Hours of Work - Quality Inspector - CNC Monday - Thursday 07.00am - 15.00 pm / Early Finish Fridays Salary - 36,000 - 38,000 Per Year Overtime and benefits ..... full job details .....
