Quality Inspector - CMM 40,000+ Bonus Scheme Flexible Working Hours Increased PensionA successful manufacturing business supplying complex products into highly regulated industries is currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join its established Quality team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company investing in new projects, quality systems and continuous improvement activities. The successful professional will be responsible for dimensional inspection and CMM programming, supporting both existing production and the introduction of new products.Quality Inspector duties include -Inspect production and NPI components using contact and optical CMM equipment.Create and modify CMM programs using PC-DMIS.Complete dimensional, PPAP and annual layout inspections.Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and GDandT requirements.Support MSA activities and analyse measurement data to identify improvements.Assist with calibration and control of measurement equipment.Desirable skills and experience for the Quality Inspector role -Experience within a Quality Inspector, CMM Operator, CMM Programmer, or similar position.Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GDandT.Experience working within a metrology or precision manufacturing environment.Knowledge of MSA, SPC and Automotive Core Tools would be advantageous.Quality Inspector benefits include -Salary of 40,000+.Bonus scheme.Flexible working hours.Pension scheme.Stable and growing ..... full job details .....
