Candidates must have a proven background working on major highways or civil engineering schemes and be committed to delivering work to the highest quality standards. Working closely with delivery teams on site, you will play a key role in promoting a strong quality culture, carrying out inspections, providing guidance and coaching, and ensuring works are delivered correctly first time and in accordance with project requirements.   Responsibilities include - Support site teams by providing guidance, coaching, and training to help prevent quality issues and ensure works are delivered to the required standards. Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters, helping to resolve issues efficiently and reducing escalation where possible.
