Specialising in the subcontract manufacture of high-accuracy components and assemblies for demanding industries such as aerospace, oil and gas, and underwater sectors. Quality Inspector Position Overview Perform routine mechanical and visual inspection of parts (pre- and post-treatment), including first-off inspections. Working within an AS9100-compliant quality management system to deliver robust components on time and with excellent precision. Inspect using manual measuring methods and CMM where required. Prepare and issue customer-required paperwork, including First Article Inspection Reports, SCARs, NCRs and other documentation as specified. Submit quality documentation through customer portals accurately and on time.
