Quality Inspector

Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with Krystal Technology UK Ltd, a specialist manufacturer of high-purity fused quartz and fused silica components serving the semiconductor, photonics, industrial and scientific sectors, with their search for an experienced Quality Control Inspector. Overall Purpose: This role will carry out a range of inspection and quality control activities to support Production, Quality and EHS requirements, ensuring products and processes meet both internal standards and customer expectations. Working closely with Production and the wider Quality team, you will complete quality control activities in a timely and accurate manner, provide support on quality-related matters and help ensure departmental targets are achieved. Key Duties: Carry out all Quality Control activities in accordance with Health, Safety, Environmental, 5S, ISO 9001 and internal company procedures. Complete in-process and final inspections of manufactured products, ensuring compliance with specifications, customer requirements and internal quality standards. Prepare and drill product samples for chemistry testing, ensuring accurate identification, handling and traceability throughout the process. Accurately record, maintain and communicate Quality Control data using Sage X3, Excel and other approved systems, ensuring information is complete and available within required timescales.
