We are recruiting a Quality Inspector for our reputable client (permanent position)Location: Chippenham, WiltshireSalary: £30,000 - £33,000Hours: Monday-Friday (half-day Friday finish)Overtime: AvailableEligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UKRole: Quality InspectorAbout my Client:A well-established precision engineering business with a strong order book and modern facilities. They are seeking a Quality Inspector to join their growing team. The successful candidate will ensure products meet the highest quality standards, working closely with production to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Inspect metal components using precision toolsVerify compliance with industry standardsAnalyse inspection data and prepare reportsIdentify non-conformitiesMaintain accurate inspection and quality recordsContribute to the development of QA policiesSupport continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:Experience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of machining processes and materialsSkilled in the use of engineering drawingsKnowledge of QMS and industry standardsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsDesirable:Six Sigma/Lean training or certificationExperience with root cause analysis and CAPAFamiliarity with quality/data analysis softwareWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (£30,000 - £33,000 DOE)Half-day finish every FridayNo shifts - excellent work-life balanceOvertime opportunitiesStable employer with strong order bookCompany pension ..... full job details .....
