Job Title: Quality Improvement Lead Location: Lincoln Contract length: 12 months contract Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO and MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Package Repair Coordinator to join a World leader offering Products, Solutions and Services across the entire Energy value chain on behalf of a well established manufacturing organisation to play a key role in supporting Manufacturing Operations. You will shape a competitive, sustainable supply chain, partnering globally to drive productivity, quality, and digitalization. As the Quality Improvement Lead, you will drive a stronger quality culture in the Small Gas Turbine business by coaching departments on root-cause analysis, improving non-conformance tracking tools, and enforcing process governance to minimize error costs and meet quality KPIs. Some of the duties will include but are not limited to: Support all areas of the Small Gas Turbine (SGT) business by investigating non-conformances, as well as facilitating and coaching teams through root-cause analysis. Train employees across various departments on how to properly use formal problem-solving tools and techniques. Collaborate with internal SGT teams and the central quality team to upgrade and refine non-conformance management processes, reporting, and tools.
