This is a high-impact, strategic role where you''ll work closely with school leaders to raise standards, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional education provision.What you''ll be doingPartner with Headteachers and senior leaders to drive school improvement and performanceLead on quality assurance, compliance, and inspection readinessUse data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify improvements and shape strategyEnsure schools meet Independent School Standards and regulatory requirementsSupport governance processes and contribute to strategic leadership discussionsProvide expert guidance on safeguarding, risk, and best practiceCollaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, LandD, Quality) to deliver improvementsLead and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) across multiple sitesWhat we''re looking forQualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a postgraduate qualification in educationProven experience in a senior leadership role within educationStrong track record of leading successful ..... full job details .....
