About the job This is a hands-on, shop-floor focused role within the internal Quality Operations function , with real scope to improve processes, strengthen quality performance and drive continuous improvement across the site. Working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams, you'll take a proactive lead in identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies, reducing defects and improving process capability. You'll use data, structured problem-solving and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies to deliver sustainable improvements across both product and process.
