Based out of the Basildon Manufacturing Plant.Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Quality Technician and Inspector team ( 10 Quality Technicians + 2 Graduates) Drive resolution of manufacturing, supplier and customer quality concerns through effective investigation and corrective action. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Logistics and Supplier Quality teams to improve product and process quality. Support defect reduction, scrap reduction and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Monitor quality performance metrics, identify trends and drive improvement plans.
