As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Manager to lead the organisation''s quality strategy, strengthen test governance, and drive consistent assurance across a complex portfolio of change initiatives.This is a leadership focused role suited to a senior Test Manager or Quality Engineering Manager who can establish robust QA practices, define governance frameworks, and embed quality throughout the delivery life cycle. While an understanding of modern automation practices is important, the emphasis is on strategy, governance, assurance, and quality leadership rather than hands-on test execution.Key Requirements: Strong background establishing and leading test governance, QA frameworks, quality standards, and delivery assurance processes.Experience overseeing the development and maintenance of automation test suitesKnowledge of modern automation technologies such as C#, Playwright, and Selenium.Strong CRM testing experience, with exposure to CRM transformationSolid understanding of API testing and complex system integrations Experience of Bug and Defect ManagementStrong ..... full job details .....
