In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring products and processes consistently meet customer, regulatory and business requirements. You will monitor process performance through data analysis, audits, inspections and Statistical Process Control (SPC), investigate quality issues using structured problem-solving techniques such as 8D and root cause analysis, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions. Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be expected to make informed quality decisions, including stopping production where necessary to contain non-conforming products and protect customer quality. You will work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Suppliers and Customers to resolve quality concerns, improve manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.Overtime is available and the business offers a well-developed benefits package.
