This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards within a high-volume manufacturing environment.The business supplies precision cast components into demanding sectors including engineering, automotive, rail and industrial markets, where compliance, traceability and process control are critical.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 standardsLead internal and external audits, including customer and third-party auditsConduct root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and drive corrective and preventive actionsSupport foundry process control including melting, moulding, casting and finishing operationsOversee metallurgical and dimensional inspection processesManage non-conformance, concession and customer complaint processesWork closely with production, metallurgy and engineering teams to reduce scrap and improve yieldDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the foundryMaintain quality ...</description>
