The successful candidate will have a good understanding of APQP, FMEA and Control Plans. Knowledge of SPC and MSA is desirable, while experience with CMM programming, preferably using PC-DMIS, and GD&T would be advantageous. This is a hands-on role working closely with manufacturing, production and customers to ensure consistently high standards of quality. Internal training is provided for CMM programming and GD&T. Key Responsibilities Support APQP and NPI activities within the machine shop. Generate PPAP documentation in line with customer requirements during NPI. Support customer 8D and CAR activities, working with customers and manufacturing teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
