Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer / Engineering Liaison Location: Telford Pay Rate: 20.00 per hour Job Type: Temporary Ongoing (potentially long term) Swift Temps NW are currently recruiting for a Quality Engineer / Engineering Liaison to support specialist engineering and manufacturing projects within a highly regulated environment. This is a varied technical role combining dimensional inspection, CAD scanning, supplier quality assurance and engineering liaison. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, inspection and supplier teams to ensure components and assemblies meet exact design specifications and quality requirements. A key part of the role will be acting as a link between engineering design and practical manufacturing, helping interpret technical requirements, investigate discrepancies, resolve quality issues and ensure that components conform to approved drawings and specifications. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in 3D scanning and dimensional inspection, supplier quality assurance, or engineering liaison within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment. Experience across all three areas would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities Engineering Liaison and Technical Support Act as a point of contact between engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement and external suppliers on technical and quality-related matters.
