The Role As a Quality Engineer , you''ll play an integral role in the quality function, ensuring all fabricated components and assemblies meet exacting standards for a diverse client base. You''ll be responsible for: Developing and implementing SOPs and WIs to standardise manufacturing processes. Ensuring employees are competently following correct procedures. Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurring quality issues. Working closely with production, engineering, and purchasing teams to drive continuous improvement. Maintaining and improving the QMS including leading ISO9001 audits. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, sheet metal fabrication environment perfect for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor just as much as in the office.
