This is a hands on role, working closely with production and engineering to improve quality performance, reduce defects, and ensure processes are controlled and compliant. The Role Maintain a strong shopfloor presence, ensuring quality is controlled at source Lead root cause investigations (8D, 5 Whys, DMAIC) and implement corrective actions Drive continuous improvement across scrap, rework and process capability Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement Apply statistical methods (SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA) to strengthen process control Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) where required Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements Support audits (internal, customer and regulatory) Work cross-functionally to implement sustainable improvements Develop and improve SOPs and quality documentation Support customer issue resolution and improve overall performance What They''re Looking For Background in man...
