Quality Engineer

You re a Quality Engineer who takes ownership and gets things right the first time.We re hiring into a growing quality team, with two opportunities available: One focused on PPAP and APQP documentationOne focused on FAIRs and validation Whichever route you take, the expectation is the same. You ll play a key role in solving root-cause issues and embedding robust, practical quality systems across the business.This isn t a desk-based role. You ll be out on the shop floor, working closely with production teams to understand challenges and implement solutions that actually work. Quality here isn t a bolt-on. It s built into how the business operates.What you ll be doing Producing PPAP, APQP or FAIR documentationManaging customer rejections and corrective actionsImplementing and tracking root-cause and corrective measuresOverseeing calibration systemsSupporting supplier quality, including site visits where requiredConducting internal and external audits What makes you right for thisYou bring structure, clarity and accountability.You don t rush in with quick fixes.
