Job Title Quality Engineer Town BasildonSalary up to 45,000 depending on experience We are looking to recruit a Quality Engineer to work for an international manufacturing company supplying components to the Aerospace industry. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for maintaining compliance with aerospace quality standards and driving continuous improvement. If you have previous experience as a Quality Engineer gained in the Aerospace industry, then we want to hear from you. What''s on offer:Salary up to 45,000 depending on experienceMonday-Thursday 8am to 5pm and 7.30am to 12.30pm on Friday25 days holiday plus bank holidays Death in service benefit of 2 x annual salary Company pension scheme Employee Assistance Programme Free on-site car parking Duties:Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 quality standardsEnsure processes and procedures adhere to customer specific requirements.Investigate customer rejections resolving issues and implementing corrective actions.Conduct root cause analysis and manage corrective actions arising from audits, non-conformance, and quality issues.Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and work with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve any issues.Support and drive quality improvement initiatives to improve performance.
