They are currently seeking a Quality Engineer to lead problem solving within all manufacturing areas to improve yields and reduce poor quality Main Duties Manage both internal and external quality issues with suppliers, production teams and customers. Manage and lead daily reject reviews to help drive problem containment and correction. Follow the Advanced Product Quality Planning framework to help coordinate the manufacturing launch of new and revised products Training of team members in inspection techniques and methods and evaluating results Assess and manage risks using the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) framework Promote and produce templates for problem solving opportunities with the workforce Lead and participate in CI projects Requirements Thorough understanding of New Product Introduction processes and other Quality tools such as APQP, FMEA and 8D Understanding of ISO9001 Competent in Project Management and Lean techniques Ideally with a Degree in a relevant subject such as engineering or manufa...
