With continued investment in people, processes, and technology, they are seeking a Quality Engineer to join their growing team and play a key role in driving quality and continuous improvement across the business. Role Overview As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet internal and external quality standards. You will support manufacturing teams, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain and enhance product quality. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and improve manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.Lead investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.Support internal and external audits (ISO 9001 or equivalent).Develop and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, inspection procedures, and FMEAs.Collaborate with design, production, and supplier teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.Use quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and SPC to analyse data and drive improvement.Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site. ..... full job details .....
